3.4 Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their pk635 login credentials. Any activity carried out under a Player's account credentials is the sole responsibility of that Player. 4.5 Players may not deposit funds using payment methods belonging to third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name.

5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly; they must first be converted to real-money funds by meeting the stated wagering requirements.
5.3 pk635 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of abuse or breach of these Terms in connection with any promotion, pk635 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.2 pk635 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a market that was incorrectly priced, or where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was accepted. This includes situations where a technical error resulted in a bet being accepted outside the intended parameters.
6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, pk635's decision – based on its review of server logs, game provider records, and applicable game rules – shall be final and binding.

9.3 pk635's total liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
